Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that unexpected situations may arise and appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled. To respect both our time and other clients, Hello Glow by Cece requires at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify Hello Glow by Cece as soon as possible by phone at (209) 598-5584.
Deposits may be transferred one time to the first rescheduled appointment as a courtesy. Any additional changes or reschedules will require a new deposit.
